Inspiration

               Well, most people would have a page on their blog that says "about this blog" but instead of that, I'd like to include the inspiration for this blog. Obviously from my name, this is a blog about everything we go through in life. Its like the journey of our lives in Christ. The verse I chose for this blog is John 1:4-5,  "In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." You see, in life we see God in different ways. Sometimes, he seems to shine bright to us, like a ray of sunshine. And then there are other times when He may seem hidden, faint like starlight. But no matter what, He is always there, still shining in our lives, never leaving us.
                 Now, I've recently renamed this blog, it used to be "Through the Waters," but has now taken its current name simply because of the new season in my life. You see, He's teaching me new things now, so refurbished blog would seem only appropriate, right? For my new followers, you should know my writing style and I is a bit more casual with some "smart/nerdy" vocabulary in it too, but in all honestly I just love to type whatever is on my mind.
